Greenleaf Grants is a matching grant program for Wisconsin-based nonprofit organizations designed to support marketing, web, and outreach initiatives by offering pro bono services. Since we started this program over 15 years ago, Greenleaf Grants has helped countless nonprofit organizations improve and enrich the communities in which they serve. Previous grant recipients include Urban Tree Alliance, WayForward, Milwaukee Sailing Center, Briarpatch Youth Services, Curative Connections, Easterseals Wisconsin, and Environmental Education for Kids (EEK).

Possible Projects
Greenleaf Grants fills funding gaps and provides in-kind services for marketing, graphic design, outreach, and web initiatives. Goals for the project should be specific and promote a nonprofit organization. Grant-covered services include:
- Branding (logo design, brand guides, copywriting)
- Graphic Design (brochures, reports, collateral materials)
- Video and drone footage (social media, commercials, testimonials)
- Website Design and Development (CMS, responsive design)
Eligibility
Eligible organizations must (ALL REQUIRED):
- be a 501(c)(3) organization
- based in Wisconsin
- contribute at least 50% of the project’s funding - matching funding
- Preference will be given to local organizations
Our grants are provided in the form of pro bono services offered by Greenleaf Media. Approved funding depends on timing, funds available and need. Typical grant approvals cover 20-50% of the total project funding. This allows Greenleaf Grants to support more nonprofits from year to year. Funding varies based on annual requests. Grant funds are offered solely in the form of pro bono time from Greenleaf staff. Our grant funding is not offered in the form of cash and does not cover printing, advertising, nonprofit staff or outside costs.
